Once on your hospital website, patients can navigate to the Patient Portal, create an account and start their admission form. Due to the flexibility of Preadmit, your patients will feel like the Patient Portal is an extension of your hospital website.

From the Preadmit hospital portal, you can tailor the colour of your Patient Portal, choose from one of our 4 colours: blue, green, red (shown above) and purple. Add your hospital logo and even add a photo of the facility or staff. For compliance, add your own privacy policy also!
