If you opt for a trial account before signing up for an actual account, we will have created an online admission form based on the questions on your current admission form. However, the questions are not set in stone. You can change the wording of the questions any time you like, or remove and add questions as you see fit.

Currently, questions can be of the following types:
– Dropdown Boxes
– Checkboxes
– Yes or No Questions
– Tables
– Single/multi-line Text

We believe we have covered all types of questions that an admission form would need, but if you have other suggestions, we would be glad to hear from you.
